Shipping prices provided at the time of checkout are estimates. Estimates posted are as accurate as possible. How come what I ordered is not exactly what I saw on the website?

There are many factors that can affect the final product as it compares to the gallery listing. First and foremost, the fact that I am previewing art on a monitor instead of the finished medium will affect how the artwork looks. Due to the fact that monitors emit light rather than reflect light, some colors may appear brighter or darker depending on the artwork. Additionally, when the artwork is printed, various qualities of the printing service can affect the output e.g. the quality of the ink they use.

Additionally, depending on what is ordered, the dimensions of the artwork must change to accommodate the medium. A panoramic photo must be cropped to fit 4x6 photo paper. Many larger pieces may be cropped to fit the medium as well.
